Quality timely service
I had an issue with my truck that was not under the control of Landmark but related to the drive shaft and transmission.
They have gone above and beyond with Fantastic customer service, and I really feel like they were genuinely interested in helping him fix his issues honestly.
Michelle obtained my VIN, called the dealership and after evaluating the codes, found my car had not one, but three recalls, which I was completely unaware.
I called the dealer and confirmed and to inquire if there was a recall or anything, but the car was too far out of warranty.
Set a appointment and they did a full rebuild the price was spot on and they delivered on schedule.
Due to the honesty I brought my 2005 Silverado up for a transmission fluid change after sitting for two years and again I'm sure many places would have let me know about "many" more problems which didn't happen here.
They helped me with a tow (affordable and got it done on short notice) And got my cvt replaced in less than a week.
When they were doing the transmission removal they noticed my rear differential was leaking.
They thought one thing was wrong and when they realized it was something else and not their original thought instead of lying to me and taking my money they let me know it was something else and it saved me almost $700 that i really couldnt afford to part with.
