At no time did he ever try to up sell me, quite to the contrary, Chris discouraged me from making a modification that I had planned for car reminding me of the importance of keeping the car in it's original condition since it is considered a classic.
So far awesome customer service.
Even though they said they couldn't help me with the time sensitive repairs our car needs, they still took the time to tell me which types of shops would likely be able to fit us in, as well as giving me the names of 3 shops in the area whom they trust.
They were able to squeeze me in for a brake flush last minute.
My part where backordered but Chris kept me updated when they would be in.
Chris is a very friendly guy and am excited they will be doing my up coming project.
I used this shop for a full engine removal and replacement for my Corvette Z06, and added an accusump system for the track.
Then I took it to another shop in San Jose and they scammed me out of some money and came up with another wrong diagnosis.
By far almost half the price of other competitors, work was great same day I got it back - I am very happy and will continue to use them.
When in for brake fluid flush and change to Motul 600, great service great job great crew got me in-and-out in a timely manner highly recommended place for all your racing needs
