They had me drop off my car for a few hours and popped the dent back out at no charge!
We are fortunate to have a good relationship with them and unfortunate as well since we've had many scrapes and fender benders over the years.
Don't need to make an appointment for an estimate, takes into consideration the circumstances which brought the customer in AND the repair are unnoticeable!
The only shop in Dayton, was able to give me an estimate right away and set a date in the future to have work performed.

This shop has excellent service and the staff is very friendly and I know it depends on the the extend of the repairs but I was not expecting to get in and out so quickly compared to other shops in the area, it wouldn't be until April that I could even get into another shop.
