On August 28, 2011, tropical storm Irene left Vermont in shambles. Our body shop had to be closed down completely for almost 6 weeks and was functioning on a limited basis for the next couple of months. At the time of the flood, we had customers scheduled for repairs through October. Almost every customer chose to wait for us to reopen to have his or her repairs completed. Some even came by to lend a hand in the clean up and help us get back on our feet. We were touched by this outpouring of support and found it to be a validation of our honest work ethic and quality of work.
