This review is overdue. Ben is such an honest and trustworthy mechanic! And a honest mechanic is hard to find. He tells you how much is expected and pricing is much lower than most places I've checked. Took my mini in. It wasn't speeding up, and the (ENT? ) light went on. Within an hour checked it, gave me the estimate parts/ labor, and was fixed within that hour. On another occasion, I called him about an estimate on my car honk not working and seat stopped going down. Instead of telling me to bring it in and charge me a diagnostic fee and to fix, he gave me a solution over the phone. Said to change fuse and to check seat for any change that may have gotten stuck. Ben and his team was able to get me in right away and take care of: 1) my front bumper that needed to be reseated into the chassis, and 2) recharge my A/C system with 1# of refrigerate.
How much does it cost for a mini maintenance
My Car runs excellent and I am very happy with my decision to come to this shop.
Ben was super helpful over the phone and was able to diagnose my problem without even looking at the car.
It turned out to be a plastic bag sucked into my AC fan just like we all thought.
He offers a membership program that all moneys paid into the program will go towards future maintenance or repair, with 5% dicount on parts & labor.
Ben is honest guy, fixing oil leak problem on my BMW (not like other shop told me).
