My car broke down and i didn't know what was wrong with it so I had it towed to Firestone for a diagnostic and to have whatever was wrong with it fixed. They called me back and said that I had a broken flywheel, and that they didn't do that type of work. They suggested that I send my car to a transmission shop. I made a list of all of the transmission shops near me and called every last one for pricing. From the moment I spoke with Jeff he pretty much had me sold. He was very personable, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I honestly can't say that about the rest of the shops.
