I have held most positions in a body shop and even owned and operated one of my own. I began learning the art of Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) while I was employed with Ellis and Salazar on S. Congress in Austin not to mention that paintless dent repair in Austin was still relatively new or even unheard of for the most part. Now hail repair in Austin was also not really understood especially the idea that someone could go and take a metal stick and magically make hail dents disappear. Simply put, I had a canvas of cars in front of me that needed body filler but I was bound and determined to use the least amount of filler as possible for many of my repairs. My truck was beat down from the Sept ‘23 hail storm and Joe gave it back showroom ready.
Raised driver seat so i can appreciate the shiny smooth dent free hood.
He's local, he's friendly, he's honest and he does high quality work!
My Tundra was recently damaged by the hail we had in September and Joe was able to repair my truck to better than new condition.
From a large dent from me backing into something to hundreds of dents from hail, all repairs were done to a factory new condition.
He also pulled a cosmetic dent out of my passenger rear door that was above and beyond.
It can take some time to get your vehicle in there after a major hail storm, but it is worth the wait.
Joe was a great guy to deal with very upfront great service great work 100% recommend
He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and understanding and did a really great job on my car.
I hope I don't have to have hail repair again, but if I do I will definitely go to him first!
