Trustworthy and reliable mechanics wouldn't trust my cars anywhere else.
Billy called her a couple of hours later and told her that her brakes were fine (70%) - so they didn't recommend them.
Made detailed notes on the problem, kept me updated on the progress, no attempt at upsell (in fact, assured me that the dealer recommendations were not really necessary at this stage).
