The car also had a broken spring and after looking it over they recommended replacing the parts surrounding the spring because it would save labor time, as they were doing this repair they found that the broken spring had broken another nearby part and because they didn't notice it when they were looking the car over they went ahead and fixed it without charge, about a $500 repair.
When I went to pick up my car, they fully explained what was done and told me about things that I might want to keep an eye on for my next visit, but with absolutely no pressure to get me to spend more money.
Down to earth very friendly, good rates.
I went there without appointment for state inspection and they where very nice to accept my car for inspection and i am in and out within 20mins.
Very glad that I came into Next Level, I was back in the road in no time!!
