As I entered the nice clean facility I was greeted with a hand shaker whom escorted me to the mechanics bay where I met Nick, I told him my problem he said (oh that’s minor) he grabs a cpl tools and walks to my tractor and immediately got busy, 10/15 min later he say done
He treated us so nice and most importantly he fixed our car with a smile on his face.
