The huge living room bow window had three of the five big panes with cloudy/air/moisture leaks, so we had Nordic replace the panes.
They made the contact with my insurance carrier and the repair was set up with one phone call.
I was quite impressed with Brad and his service yesterday when he came right to the house, on time, got right to business despite me asking all kinds of questions.
