In a increasingly tight labor market we decided to bring in some young men to train. The owner of the shop has family on the White Mountain Reservation in Arizona and has been donating and delivering needed living goods to the tribe for awhile now. There is a huge labor pool there with no job opportunities, rampant poverty, drug and alcohol abuse, and violence that leaves many there with no future. The guys we brought here get free room and board, clothing, meals with a good paying job once they complete a training period. If They decide not to stay with us, we will help them with a job placement in another shop. We would love to continue with this out reach and so the owner decided to start a non-profit that will focus on long-term help to the tribal youth. That's going to take time...

Sentiment Analysis
I had a terrible experience at another shop who rebuilt, installed and blew my original engine for my 69 corvette.
Tyler and staff are straight up and don't pull punches about costs and time associated with the kind of top shelf projects they work on and A+ work and craftsmanship they provide.
The crew at NTC takes pride in their work, and they're a great resource even after their work is completed.
The crew has alot of knowledge and will listen to you on what you want to do with your car.
They blasted it which revealed rust and poor quality repairs from a previous owner.
Not only that, I have received at least two follow up emails from Randy just checking to make sure I was happy with their work and offering his thoughts and advice on a couple of other challenges I was having.
Fact is, I took my 67 Mustang to them for some relatively minor work and they ended up finding some serious safety issues that other mechanics had not noticed when they had the car.
Wes and Christian got to work on the car and did everything from floor and trunk patches to full quarter replacement and everything in between.
They actually picked up my trailer (which was left in the Dallas area until work was complete) loaded my parts on the trailer and for a reasonable fee delivered the parts to me.
They had to fab up a bracket and run new custom lines, all excellent craftsmanship!
