Looking at the other reviews there really isn’t much I can say that hasn’t already been shared.
Nice and efficient service.
I talked with Rochelle and she explained the process and value of a Pre-Purchase Inspection (which the dealership discouraged and ensured me that the vehicle already went through their own 190pt inspection so it would be a waste).
There was a billing error during vehicle inspection; was immediately corrected.
They spent so much time not only getting the car diagnosed and repaired but also helping me deal with my insurance and walking me through every step of the process.
They communicate clearly, and take the time to ensure you understand what is going on, and what needs to be fixed.

I have known and used the Owner Alec and his daughter Rochelle for our car repairs for years.
I hope I don’t need them much but when I do, or when someone asks Northrich automotive is the place to get your repair work done.
I will definitely be coming back here as good, honest automotive companies can be hard to find in the North Dallas area.
