Every one-star has a reply (on the 20-odd that I read) and each reply appears to be corrective to the commentor with relevant, useful, and direct responses supporting the business's case with whatever negative "feedback" was given by these whack-a-doodles (it's a technical term)

I’ve been there a few times since my first experience and they remembered my name and have treated me like family ever since.

Christina informed what I needed to do to get the tags and sent my inspections in online and was very pleasant to do business with.

So let’s just say my brand new car that I just bought will not brand new but used by new to me had just broke down off of Ritchie Highway and I had to basically pull it into pars international inspection and collision and they didn’t take warranties and so I can’t I couldn’t have my car fixed Sarah it would be way too expensive for me and as I was leaving that night the owner came out and literally told me that he he basically had two cars in his garage with the same problem and that he would basically help me out with it and I could pick it up when he was done and merry Christmas and I almost cried the owner of this place is incredible he is so generous and so nice and so sweet and this place is beautiful I mean gorgeous you walk in and you think you’re walking into a five star hotel or something it is gorgeous I would highly recommend this place they are a little bit on the pricier side but it is definitely worth it they they work very hard on your car and it is definitely worth the work so if you’re around the area I would definitely suggest this place for any kind of inspection or collisions or anything like that.

Will be my go to for Maryland Inspections.
