Such a pleasant experience - which isn't always the case for women going in for any kind of car repair or issue.
Our last visit was the day before Thanksgiving because family illnesses had prevented us from getting our state inspection so we were going to see if we could get it done before the holiday--expecting either to be told no or even laughed at but instead the friendly staff dropped what they were doing to tackle the small task while we waited.

It's better to call ahead because they are usually very busy.
