After reading several reviews, I brought my car to Pete's because I was having difficulty finding a shop that did quality work on older foreign cars. When I walked through the door, the customer service was outstanding. After describing my car's symptoms, I left my key and went to work. Later the same day, I received pictures of my car's issue, followed by a call from the mechanic assigned to me. Several other friendly mechanics talked to me about my car when I picked it up after being repaired. The work performed was fantastic, and I could sense that everyone at Pete's cared about customer satisfaction. Oh yeah, they cleaned my car better than it had been in years! Pete's you have won my business, and I will share my experience with everyone I know!
