Mike Phillips took wonderful care of me communicating with me throughout the process, made me feel at ease getting my car repaired at his shop.
It was a nonstandard job and not a big money maker for him but he gave me the best experience nonetheless.
Then the guy seemed like he didn't want to do it and charged me a ridiculous amount and told me it could take 6 months.
