I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at Platt's! Every time I take my car in, the team is sure to keep me fully informed every step of the way and send me detailed reports of work done. When I had transmission problems, Derek did research into my car and called the dealership to make sure I was on warranty and saved me thousands of dollars! I highly recommend this shop's friendly, personal service and quality performance.

Throughout the repairs they did an extensive test of all the fluids and filters on the car, and they even pointed out something that i never even noticed but i definitely need to take care of next!
My first time I stopped by to ask questions about inspection sticker and the lady that was sitting at the front desk was very professional and went out of her way to assist me.
