I normally prefer to do my own repairs. I have a E46 BMW and when stationed in Germany in the '80s I was taught my German Mechanics on how to fix these complex cars. But sometimes the issues with the new series are too much for me. Every time I go to PQ, Serkan (the owner) and Leo (head mechanic) fix problems I just cannot. They always treat me like family and have solved so many complex issues with my car. Even after I or other, local to me, shops tried. I live 60 miles away but after multiple issues with other shops, I always make the drive to PQ when I need it done RIGHT the first time
