Very Satisfied ! I took my BMW 328i into Roger at Rio Imports. First, before I went I researched for 3days where to take my BMW. I am fairly new to Pinellas Co. and I had previously taken my BMW to the dealership. Where I was overcharged big time. I knew that may happen, but what choice did I have being new? Well, I read reviews on all the platforms and talked with my husband and we decided to take our car to RIO. We were so glad we did. Roger diagnosed my problem, called me and gave me a very affordable and fair quote. Told me some other things he could do as prevention if I wanted. Basically gave me a few options. He did a great job servicing my Bentley which I bought from a gentleman who happened by chance to also use Rio Imports Repair for years and spoke very highly of them not knowing that I had used their services in the past.
A new part was located, sent over night and soon installed.
