We are known for TESTING. We do not “hook your car up to a computer and then throw some parts at it” to see if its fixed. Most of the time, there are specific tests that we can run in order to pinpoint the exact issue that is causing your issues. We always perform testing 1 st because this is the most cost-effective way for you and getting to the bottom of the problem. Most of the time, after our initial testing we will have answers about the actual cause of the issue. At that point, we will provide an exact cost breakdown to fix the issue. Sometimes we need to perform additional testing. You will know exactly what we tested, the results of those tests, and what our plan is for the next tests BEFORE WE PROCEED.
