While this was something that I had to take to a dealership to address, he coached me through what to ask for and lookout for from the dealership to make sure I received fair treatment from them.
We take everything we have and have since the day they opened.
The gentleman was too busy but suggested that I go to Discount Tire and get it done for free.
A place who truly values their customers.
I had called and asked for my air conditioning to be fixed as well as getting my brakes changed first thing that happened was the owner called and said you don't need breaks yours are Good he kept me informed and called and told me everything he was doing before he did it be sure it was okay.
Greg was great!
He is reasonably priced, honest, does excellent work, and gets the job done in a timely manner.
I went to get a 2nd opinion at Glory Automotive today and due to Greg's honest diagnosis and very reasonable rates, I saved 50% over a shop "down the street" $700!!!!
Greg has gone above and beyond for me, and I can't recommend him highly enough.
