Friendly, caring staff.
Any interaction with the insurance company was handled by them, and if anything else needed work or improvement I ALWAYS heard from them to OK the repair.
Because our motor home is our actual home, and the insurance was dragging their feet, they did everything they could to speed the process to the best of their ability.
