Our windshield wiper motor went out in a rainstorm while traveling I-5 on a family vacation. We pulled over & called them -- they got us in right away, diagnosed the problem and repaired it and got us back on the road within a couple hours. The customer waiting area with TV and books was great for our kids while we waited. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up for taking care of our family.

When it was discovered that my car was still under warranty but only at the dealership where it was purchased, they graciously allowed me to to pursue the necessary repairs at the dealership.
They don't push you to do this and that, you will not feel intimidated unlike other repair shops.
No pressure for suggested additional work to be done.
They are great about outlining the “needs to happen now” items from the rest and have always done excellent, high quality work on time.
Update: My Baja is about to turn 20 so I took it in for a complete overhaul—it's purring like a kitten and the ride is smooth as it's ever been.
