After initially telling me there was nothing wrong and it’s just normal wear and tear noise and I could ignore it, I rode with the tech to point out the noise I was concerned with, at which time he realized it was not normal.
The mechanics were very nice and helpful and didn't charge a arm and a leg.
I called around 10 am to see if I could get my car in for an emissions test and they said to just bring it in by 3:30.
