I gave these guy a bad review last week from a misunderstanding on my part my truck was slipping after they fixed it and I took it back a few times but they experienced nothing a shop in Stockbridge experience it but after taking with my brother who has a shop in Augusta he didn't experience it slipping either so I took it back to Shift works and it finally did it thing in their presence and these guys jumped all over it and got it fixed
I hope I don't need them often, but am happy to recommend them to anyone that needs transmission work
They rebuild my hold and drives better.
He really looked into my car and didn't do anything without asking me first and letting me know my options to make the best decision for me – not the most convenient one for him.
Both lasted longer than the original factory build so I'm very satisfied.
