Well let me just say that this might not be the cheapest place to fix your 4X4 but after this I will say that they are very thorough and professional. They give you a list of things to fix and advise you as to what is critical and what is not. They work with you and are very professional about it. I will have to say that they did miss one thing that I took it in for originally but probably due to them fixing something that they assumed would fix the problem. I do think that it should have been caught before I picked up the truck and drove home necessitating another trip to their shop. BUT, and a big BUT, it was corrected the second time at no charge which I didn't even have to argue for. ..This is what I call customer service. Honest and efficient
Went in for a vibration in my dually and they were able to help me.
I have had a blower motor replaced, that had been buggy for years; and also a power steering pump replaced; both of which were not expensive compared to other places that had been quoted.
That's more than other shops had done.
The staff was extremely friendly, but communication is very poor and I have a sense the mechanic working on my vehicle was new or just didn't have the experience needed to do the repair .
