I didn't make an appointment for my oil change (next time I will so it is not as much of a burden on the mechanics) and was able to pick my car up less than 40 minutes later and the final bill was very reasonable.
Took our car there due to some squealing and grinding from underneath, found out it was most likely a rock that got stuck by the rotor.
Other than warranty with the dealer of my car, I will continue to use Mike and his team for my cars.
