The staff at Storrs Automotive are some of the most receptive and helpful people I have ever encountered at a garage. They ordered, received, and mounted a replacement tire in a few hours, without prior notice. They took me in immediately and got the job done very quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone in the UConn area in need of maintenance, repair, etc.

A bit pricey to about average cost of what you can expect for car repairs but I've gone to them consistently for 4 years at the time of this review and the car issue is always fixed.
It has been wonderful to find the place I can trust with confidence to have the vehicles serviced.
Due to COVID, customers are no longer allowed inside, but other than that...
Highly recommend!
Took the time to top off my tires to the right air pressure during my oil change.
An affordable price for this body of work and did the job extremely fast, under 3 hours which was good.
Both times he took it to Storrs Automotive and they took good care of him - giving his parents who live 3 hours away - peace of mind.
As a UCONN student and a woman who sometimes dreads bringing in my car for service, the location is very convenient for drop off and the staff is incredibly friendly and upfront.
Straight forward, honest estimate and got the job done faster than expected
They handled it in a very timely manner, were very helpful, honest with their pricing (I know this because I called around to compare) and really went above and beyond to accommodate us.
