For two years of owing this vehicle I too could not find anyone with any knowledge of what PROPER process of elimination was and would go straight to the most expensive rout possible, but James Vick and his crew knew exactly what to do and knowing my situation seen to it that it was as affordable as possible for me, they cared that much for me and my dad.
It ended up just being a loose battery cable but as you well know they could have told me I needed a new battery.
