I brought my old 2009 Explorer to The Garage after getting a quote from another mechanic that seemed very high. It's an old 2009 Explorer which really needed a lot of work but its a car that really only gets used for fishing and camping trips so I asked them to work through what needed to be done and help me understand what was urgent and what could wait. I ended up doing a complete re-do on just the brakes, saving up some of the other work for later. Daniel and Dan completely understood and were willing to work with me (and didn't charge me for the inspection since it was the 2nd opinion). I trust these guys and will absolutly take my car there again.

I talked to Daniel Brakus, Service Manager, and he helped inform me about what repairs I truly needed, what repairs could wait and what he wouldn’t personally repair on the vehicle considering its age and mileage.

He not only had crystal clear communication and was honest about the car's condition, but also gave me great advice on how to deal with the dealership.
They went out of their way to help me with some other issues as well.
Oftentimes working to get us back safely on the road without trying to oversell us on unnecessary things.
Finally, they are easy to work with, and for my large repairs they provided a loaner car which saved me additional convenience and money.
Daniel was very helpful and their services are outstanding here, they are always honest and I’d definitely recommend this place!
I went in to get my skid plate replaced and Daniel made sure I was informed and even provided me with the information I needed to purchase cheaper parts myself if I wanted.
