When my previous tenant moved out, they mistakenly forgot to turn in their key. Since the lock was new, I decided to just have it rekeyed. I was able to find The Reliable Locksmith after a quick google, and I was able to conveniently book an appointment online. Precisely at the scheduled time, a locksmith arrived, and greeted me, before beginning to address my issue. They were already familiar with the details I provided online, and set about the issue. I asked for three keys to be made, and went back inside to reply to some emails. Shockingly after I started my third reply, the agent knocked and informed me that the keys were made and the lock was reinstalled. I know I'm not the fastest typer, but this was amazing service. After hours of calling other locksmiths in the area and getting nowhere, the Reliable Locksmith was able to confirm estimated arrival, get a quote of the price, and quickly and efficiently helped get the key out of my car and was able to make spares.
Their service was wonderful, came in, helped me with my car key issue and took only 30mins for me to be on my way again.
I called this morning to schedule a time for someone to come out and was told someone could be out today.
