If you need work of any kind done to your car bring it to Timbrook they were awesome
Eddie called me the next day and was very informative about my car’s issues and potential solutions to fix them.
The waiting room was also extremely comfortable and Brenda, the shop owner, even stopped by and chatted for a few to let me know what was going on, but to also get to know me which was very refreshing and it just goes to show how much she really does care (it’s also the cleanest Waiting room for a shop I’ve ever seen!
But when it comes to work she is very professional & knows her business if not she will ask 1 of her mechanics.
They are always fast at fixing my car, other places couldn’t even look at it for 2 weeks and they looked at it that day and fixed it.
Brenda Ayers and her crew out at Timbrook Automotive have keep her purring like a kitten over the years.
We brought our car into Timbrook Automotive after the mechanics at Mr Tire had broken our break censor.
