Even though not something offered by Tire South, he had originally planned on coming by personally on Sunday out of kindness to help me install my broken tail light (backed into a tree along the driveway, oops), Brandon Allen gave me a call on his way back from Thanksgiving dinner and offered to come by my work and have it done by the time I had gotten off!
From the phone call to see if they were available, to the wave as I departed once service was complete, I felt at ease and comfortable.
