My wife drives a Lexus that was bought from the Lexus dealership. We had a false sense of security that going to the dealership for all the maintenance would be foolproof. We realized on our own at 30,000 miles that there was an issue with the alignment and all four tires were wearing uneven and had literally become unsafe. Not one mention of this was made to us by the dealership at the 10, 15, 20 or 30 thousand mile service. Trimax was able to install a new set of low profile tires without damaging the rims and do a 4 wheel alignment. We will definitely be using Trimax again.
