We even asked about services they don’t provide and they offered excellent recommendations.
I've always hesitated to go to another shop for my Audi since not everyone has a the capacity to work on them right, but my usual shop was booked up for weeks.
When I called the next day, they confirmed that they had the car and said that they would take a look at it when they had a chance (they were closed when we towed it in, so I wasn't expecting them to drop everything when they got it.
Not only was I appreciative but thankful that the issue wasn't anything larger than what I thought it was going to be, but he kept me updated throughout the day and when it came down to what the issue was, they were able to repair it vs.

Also their 2nd location on Washington street is a 10 minute walk to the Quincy Center Redline station so I didn't need to arrange a ride.
