I am completely baffled about what I witnessed at turn tool automotive today. I live in the area and I was looking for a place to get an oil change. After reading all the good reviews, there was no question that I would be taking my car here. I walked into the lobby where there was no one up at the front. They all seemed to be in the garage working. No problem, I stood there and waited. As I was standing there, I hear one of the employees say some terribly R*CIST remarks. I was shocked, I have honestly never heard anything like what I was overhearing. I am so disappointed because from reading previous reviews, I was hoping to be a regular. But I REFUSE to give my business to a team of R*CISTS. It's unfortunate that we still live in a world where racisms exists. But we do, and I'm glad...

Took our Escape in when the AC wasn’t working.
They have been taking care of my car as well as my wife’s for a few years and we’ve both been very happy with the fact that they’re very honest people they don’t make us overspend and they back up what they say they’re gonna do.
I’m not a car person and have a hard time trusting auto shops and they’ve disappointed me in the past, but trust the reviews.

Hands down the best mechanic shop I've come across Greg and his team have looked after me for many years now,offering the best advice and care possible, they really know what there doing with all aspects of car maintenance and anything else I've asked them to fix.
