Extremely positive - timely, pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable!!
Jay was patient once he was assigned to me it said btwn 1130pm and 1215am I called him and explained I had my toddler he came earlier than time even waited to see if it was something else besides starter he was very helpful and even offered to send me a mechanic.
Came right out and towed my vehicle
Awesome people
I never felt like I couldn't get ahold of them, and they actually called multiple times to make sure my car was dropped off at the right place so I'm not in a position to need them again until my car needs work again.
The gentleman was nice and personable
After suffering a flat tire on his own tow truck, Jay finally came in the raining night, and instead of simply loading the car and driving away, he heard my story and asked me, "do you want me to get into the car?"
On time and got the job done quick both people were awesome and very helpful
My tire popped on the highway and they arrived so fast and they were extremely efficient and kind!
