This one starts with my fault. I purchased a set of tires from Simple Tire (never again! ). Another shop installed them but, after two times trying to balance the tires, they were not right. I appealed to Matt for help and he graciously made an appointment and had the tires balanced. Again, they were not right and after a second try with no success Matt identified that the tires were the problem and we should look into a warranty replacement. I contacted Simple Tire (twice by e-mail and once by a return form) who finally said I should contact the manufacturer (no help at all).

Efficient, friendly/polite, thorough, with fair pricing
They make an effort to get your snows on and extend hours ad needed.
Charlie noticed an overcharge on my bill and fixed it, reducing the charge by half.
The team members I talk to are always so friendly and never seem rushed even though I know how busy they are.
No appointment needed just a willingness to sit and wait.
They do a great job but it takes a long time since they attract a huge number of customers
