Progressive insurance would not pay for all damages to be repaired and Kyler, the body shop manager, asked for photos of the damage and he and his Supervisor tried to get Progressive claims adjuster, Mike Platt, to agree to pay for having it all repaired without any luck.

I worked with Kyler and he was very quick and professional about assessing the damage and getting me worked into the schedule.
