I have always been pleased with the service and price that I have received from Westport Autohouse. 3 BMW's, 1 Mercedes, 1 Lexus, 1 Crossfire, and a Sebring later, I am still extremely satisfied with the precision and care that the team gives to my vehicles. My first experience with Westport Auto House was good, I am new to the city of St Louis coming from Jackson Mississippi, my 2007 Mercedes Benz GL450 air suspension head stop rising, I just had majority of the components replaced October 2021 so everything is under warranty, Westport told me the compressor was bad so I called and had a warranty part sent out they replace the compressor upon replacing the compressor it was found out that the valve block was bad again under warranty part sent out they replace the valve block and my truck is like new again.
They replaced the timing chain on my 2009 Mini Cooper S (R56 N14).
If dealer don't know what to do with you car, this guys will fix!!!!
I was passing through STL on a road trip and Westport Autohouse helped me remedy the engine light.
The services are offered at affordable rates not like big name dealerships and accompanied by a great customer service experience.
This week I was purchasing a used late model Audi S5 and talked first to Igor then the owner Alex about a pre-purchase inspection.
On top of that, they saved me over $500 dollars from if I were to have taken my Mercedes to the dealer.
Work was completed when they said it would be and at the price (much better than the dealer and a large local chain) they quoted.
Not only did Mike beat the dealer estimate by over $100, the work was done on time and my Discovery runs perfectly now.
