We've been very happy with our van and anytime we've had an issue he's been extremely accommodating and at times has even driven to meet us to pickup the van for our convenience.
After our trip we checked in with our local mechanic, who verified two things: the parts used (from Burley Motosports) were the best available, and Westy World charged us as though this was a regularly scheduled appointment - no emergency premium!
The owner was very friendly and helpful!
