When I discovered Matt and began a conversation with him, it was immediately apparent that he was more concerned about my car and my needs that just taking my money — and his knowledge of Audis far exceeded that of any of the other mechanics I had spoken to. Upon doing the diagnostic tests — with official Audi equipment I might add — he found several possible problems and conferred with me at length to determine the best and most cost-effective approach to fixing them.
