If a customer pay, our estimator will contact the customer to go over any additional damage and pricing to repair, from there it is the customer's decision on how to proceed.

Your deductible is set by your insurance company and gets paid to Auto Body Specialists Inc at the conclusion of your repairs. If you have any questions regarding your deductible, contact your insurance agent or the adjuster for your claim.
