Your satisfaction is very important, and untidy work is not acceptable! The first thing we do is place large, absorbent safety mats under the vehicle being serviced. These will catch any drips (and of course we try to avoid drips!). We use over-sized drain pans and we have industrial cleaners and spill kits in our trucks.
