How are you cheaper than other repair shops and dealerships?
We are able to be priced lower than our competition because we do not have the typical overhead of a traditional brick and mortar automotive center. Because of this, we are typically 20-30% cheaper than dealerships or service centers. We will price match our competition if you find a cheaper option using OEM parts.
If I do not need a brake service after the initial inspection will I have to pay?
If your car passes our brake inspection, you will not have to pay anything if you do not require our service. We can give you an estimate, based on the thickness of the pad, for when you possibly may need to change the pads.
Why do my brakes make a grinding or squeeking sound?
Typically, what this means is your car's brakes are beyond the safe point of the brake system to stop at a safe distance and time. We encourage all our customers to pay attention to these brake symptoms because the pad is coming into a unsafe contact with the rotor.
What does it mean if my brake light comes on?
There are several reasons your brake light could be coming on (depending if your car is equipped with these sensors. Your brake light being on could indicate that the brake pad has worn down to where it is touching the brake pad sensor, your brake fluid is low, there is a problem with your ABS unit, or your emergency brake is activated.
