Bob’s Tire and Brake will be taking extra service precautions including, but not limited to, the following: -Improved lobby, waiting area, and restroom disinfecting -Cleaning and disinfecting high use areas after every exposure and use such as: credit card terminal, service counter, seating, refreshment areas, and door handles. -Staff will clean and sanitize vehicle seating and controls with a clean wipe and isopropyl alcohol (compatible with most vehicle surfaces) before and after service prior to customer delivery. -Staff will wash hands after performing repairs on vehicles and after touching every vehicle. -Hand sanitizers are available for all staff and customers in the lobby area by automatic hands free dispensers as well as hand soap in our clean restrooms. -Nightly cleaning and disinfecting of all areas including lobby areas and shop areas. -Vehicle Drop off and pick up service so your vehicle can be serviced while practicing social distancing and completing all transactions over the phone.
