Upgrade Advisor This position requires an automotive background, knowledge of the performance & replacement parts marketplace and at least three years experience in a Performance or Repair shop. Our advisors handle walk-in customers but the many of the conversations are had via email and over the phone. Our ideal candidate for the position must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability work in a fast paced team environment. This advisor role focuses on the performance and aesthetic upgrades side of vehicles. Our job is to listen to what the client wants to achieve with their vehicle and pair their desires with the most suitable upgrades working within budget and time parameters. These upgrades may include but are not limited to; + Wheel & Tire Package Upgrades + ECU Reprogramming & Bolt-On Engine Upgrades + Tuned Suspension Upgrades + Sport Exhaust Upgrades + Aerodynamic & other exterior aesthetic upgrades + Tailored Interior Upgrades Our clients call in requesting information on upgrading their vehicles and we provide accurate estimates with the cost of the parts and installation and handle the logistics from the start to completion of the project.
