We continue to focus on providing virtually “contact-free” service to all our customers. As a first option, customers can leave their keys in our secure lockbox to the left of the lobby entrance, and then leave the vehicle in the parking lot. Alternatively, customers can come into the shop to discuss their maintenance or repair questions with one of our service advisors. We’ve installed large (30” x 45”) plexiglass screens in front of each service advisor’s workstation to provide extra protection to both you and the service advisor. For customers that prefer to wait in our lobby, we respectfully request that you maintain at least 6 feet of social distance from any other customers. For everyone’s protection, we’ve implemented additional cleaning / sanitizing procedures in high contact areas to keep our lobby / restroom as clean / safe as possible. Out of an abundance of caution, all cold drinks / snacks from our complimentary snack bar are now single serve only. And unfortunately, we are not able to provide our complimentary shuttle service until further notice.
