Returning customer came in with his #toyota #Rav4 with a bunch of parts for us to install, consisting of #Alpine source unit and flagship 3 way component speakers; he even brought all the sound deadening products you see here. The only parts we provide aside from the miscellaneous wires and connectors are the #helixdsp and the conductor. Due to time restraints (about 12 hours including tuning) the mids and tweeters are installed were they are and a temporary #mtx self powered subwoofer was installed. In the future, a custom pillar will be designed and fabricated, as well as, a subwoofer box will be made. And possible a full floor sound deadening. As per customers request, we also incorporated a Helix #dsp conductor for subwoofer control, and most importantly for setting selection; first, for single seat tune, second, for two seat tune, and third, single seat tune without subwoofer(with different crossover parameter from the other two). nnAll in all, the system sounds good; could use a more solid bass, which is planned in the future. But without the #dspamplifier running full active, the sound stage and definition would have not been achieved. nnThe objective for this project was to deliver very good sound using customers products with the constraints set. No fabrication was made beside the tiny amplifier rack under the seat. In the end, another #enhancedcaraudioexperience was delivered.
